Processing of personal data
In accordance with the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, and with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), I would like to inform my clients on the treatment and processing of their personal data.
- I process the personal data of my clients to the following extent: name (surname is not necessary), phone number or e-mail address, solely for the purposes of mutual communication (cancellation and rescheduling of sessions);
- this data is only processed by me and it is not disclosed to third persons;
- during the therapy sessions, I take personal notes in anonymized form (it is not possible to identify the specific client based on these notes; they cannot be linked with the above mentioned personal data in any way). As such, these notes are not personal data in accordance with the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., and the provisions on the processing of personal data within the meaning of the above mentioned legal regulations don't apply to them. These notes are used for my therapeutic work. They are never disclosed to third persons.
- I am not a clinical psychologist, and I therefore don't maintain medical records according to the respective laws.
Should you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact me.
